Hampshire College, an independent, innovative liberal arts institution and member of the Five College consortium, is accepting applications for a procurement manager.

Under the direction of the assistant controller, the procurement manager is directly responsible for the purchasing and accounts payable functions of the College.  The procurement manager oversees the College's purchasing card systems, administers the College's Fleet of Vehicles, and serves as the liaison between the Business Office and the Board of Trustees Finance and Building and Grounds Committees. This position holds supervisory responsibilities.

A bachelor’s degree with two years of job related experience is required. Qualified candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, extensive experience with MS Excel, Word, and Power Point, and exceptional skills with producing professional-caliber reports, including complex spreadsheets and graphs. Previous supervisory experience is required. Candidate must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. A commitment to working with people from diverse backgrounds is essential.
